About Claudia Blum

I'm that person walking down the street looking up, imagining what stories hide behind those windows and what opportunities exist behind each façade. I'm Claudia Blum, a trilingual real estate advisor (Spanish, English, and Italian), specialized in the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods of Mexico City. I'm passionate about fixer-uppers: properties with character and history that deserve a second life. I believe in the value of restoring these spaces, preserving their essence, and discovering everything they can become. My other great passion is writing films. As a screenwriter, I search for stories, imagine possibilities, and connect with characters. In the real estate world, the same thing happens to me: there are properties that speak to me, inspire me, and make me vibrate. For me, finding a property is discovering the possibility of telling a new story.
